Mission

Restaurants deserve to know where their
money goes.

Manifesto

Restaurant owners are missing out on revenue, diners, and orders.

My father's pizzeria had the same problem. Every year fewer people came and the margin got thinner, until it was obvious to everyone in the room. Meanwhile more restaurants opened on the same streets than there had ever been, so the room we were losing was going somewhere.

Then we started asking around. Owners across the country described the year we had just had, almost word for word. That is when this stopped being about one pizzeria.

What has changed since is that everyone has AI now. Almost nobody is using it to be specific.

There is more machine-written content on social every week and hardly any of it is written for anyone in particular. Knowing that one guest orders the tempura and the next one orders the crispy chicken is the whole difference. Speaking to everybody is how you reach nobody.

So that is what we build: read how guests behave, find the ones who have not walked in yet, and reach them with the thing they actually want. It is the part of the job a good owner used to do by knowing the room, and we want it back.

Our Mission

Reveal where restaurants spend money and where guests originate.

Proof, not promises. Attribution, not guesswork.

From the founder

My dad has run restaurants his whole life.

I grew up in one. I watched agencies do to him exactly what this page just described.

All of us building this are close to the restaurant industry. This isn't an outside bet on a market. It's personal.
