From invisible to 3,100 visitors in a month
How a chef with no marketing team got found on a street where dozens of restaurants compete for the same walk-past. Traffic rose 3,378% against the month before.

What went missing
Fedde cooks seasonal Polish food on Bohaterów Monte Cassino, the busiest restaurant street in Sopot. Online it was effectively not there.
The old site drew almost no traffic and asked nobody to do anything, the social profile went quiet for weeks at a time, and every booking arrived by phone. Every neighbour on the strip was competing for the same search.
The retrieval
A new site went up at restauracjafedde.pl: clear layout, the kitchen's own photography, and a booking button on every screen wired to Fork, so an ad ends at a table rather than at a phone number.
Posts went out daily on a plan instead of whenever there was a spare moment, and Meta campaigns opened on 17 March aimed at people who eat out at this level around the Tricity.
What came back
3,100People on the new site in thirty days
4,290Pages they read while they were there
Measured from the campaign launch on 17 March against the thirty days before it, a rise of 3,378% in visits. Traffic is the site's own analytics; the booking path runs through Fork.
From the founder
My dad has run restaurants his whole life.
I grew up in one. I watched agencies do to him exactly what this page just described.
All of us building this are close to the restaurant industry. This isn't an outside bet on a market. It's personal.
