How a kebab shop that treats the thing as a craft got its own neighbourhood to notice it was there.

What went missing
Central Kebs makes kebab the careful way in Gdynia: lavash, bun or box, decent meat, sauces made in house. In its own neighbourhood it did not register.
There was no website, no social account and no way to be found online at all, while several other kebab shops within walking distance competed for the same evening.
The retrieval
A site of its own went up with the menu, the contact details and the case for treating kebab as a craft, which is the thing that makes the place worth the walk.
The posts lean on close-ups of the food rather than shots of the room, because the food is what gets clicked, and the campaigns ran within a few kilometres of the counter. The delivery messages pulled hardest of all.
What came back

1,761Clicks through to the new site
Reach and clicks are the platform's own figures over roughly five weeks of campaigns, against 132,819 impressions. There was no website, no profile and no ad account before this, so the baseline was zero.
From the founder
My dad has run restaurants his whole life.
I grew up in one. I watched agencies do to him exactly what this page just described.
All of us building this are close to the restaurant industry. This isn't an outside bet on a market. It's personal.
