48,000 people reached in two weeks, on a foundation's budget
How a small-town café that funds women in business got found past the end of its own street.

What went missing
Kawa i Relaks pours good coffee on Dworcowa in Skierniewice and funds a foundation that backs women starting businesses. Past the end of the street, nobody knew it was there.
It had two things to say at once, the mission and the coffee, no budget to say them loudly, and a town small enough that spending badly is the same as not spending at all.
The retrieval
A site went up carrying both the offer and the foundation's work, so the story and the invitation land in the same place.
The posts moved from photographs of the room to photographs of the food, which is what gets clicked, and the campaigns held to a two to three kilometre radius weighted towards breakfast and lunch.
What came back

The café belongs to a foundation that backs women starting businesses, so the budget was small and every złoty had to land. A camembert and cranberry sandwich outperformed every other post in the run.
From the founder
My dad has run restaurants his whole life.
I grew up in one. I watched agencies do to him exactly what this page just described.
All of us building this are close to the restaurant industry. This isn't an outside bet on a market. It's personal.
