Four visitors in five stay and read, instead of bouncing
How three sushi rooms in one city swapped a business-card website for a booking tool, and started counting who came back. Engagement runs at 81%, against a hospitality average nearer 40 to 50%.

What went missing
Soto Sushi runs three rooms across Warsaw, in a city with hundreds of sushi restaurants. The old site said the group existed and nothing else.
There were no clear next steps on it, no way to tell how much of the walk-in traffic the ads had caused, and three locations pulling in three directions with one budget between them.
The retrieval
The new sotosushi.pl puts reservations, the menu and the three addresses where a hungry visitor lands first, with analytics behind every one of them.
A QR programme rewards a third visit and logs each scan, so a returning guest shows up as a number rather than a hunch, and the campaigns run against that same measurement.
What came back
5,670People on the site in a month
13,700Pages they read while they were there
The hospitality benchmark for an engaged session runs 40 to 50%, so Soto's 81% is roughly double it. The third-visit QR programme is what turns a returning guest into a counted one.
From the founder
My dad has run restaurants his whole life.
I grew up in one. I watched agencies do to him exactly what this page just described.
All of us building this are close to the restaurant industry. This isn't an outside bet on a market. It's personal.
